Atomic Buffalo Turds / Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

20 whole, fresh jalapeños
2 8-oz blocks of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 to 2 pounds of thick sliced peppered bacon

Directions:

1. Start your grill and get it nice and up to a medium/high heat.
2. Cut the jalapeños in half, lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes then be sure to rinse them out under the sink. Be warned that when rinsing them you may start to sneeze and get watery eyes due to the smell.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with cream cheese.
4. Wrap each jalapeño half with bacon.
5. Place a toothpick through the bacon securing it around the jalapeno.
6. Place the jalapenos on the grill. Be sure to watch them and rotate them as needed.
7. Once they are done pull them from the grill and let them cool down.
8. Eat and enjoy them and watch as they bring smiles to everyone around.

** You can also leave the seeds in a random jalapeno. Me and my friends do this and it sure brings in some laughs when someone gets that badboy.
